You can pay with PayPal, bank transfer. Feel free to contact me, if the payment option you prefer is not listed.
What is the shipping cost?
The shipping costs to your country will be visible when you fill in your address.
Can I order outside EU and Europe?
I can ship plants outside the EU and Europe, but you might need a phytosanitary certificate. Feel free to contact me about the extra cost and details.
When will you send my order?
Can I exchange or return my order?
As I sell live plants I do not have to accept your order back according to the legal rules of 14-day period. But please feel free to contact me and I will see if I can help.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, before the shipping or ordering the shipping label. Contact me as soon as possible to avoid the unnecessary cost.
Do you send plants with heat packs in cold seasons?
Depending on the destination and wheater conditions I add 40h or 72h heat pack at no extra cost.
When will my order be shipped?
Depending on you location your order will be within 1 to 5 working days, preferably on Monday or Tuesday only.
Will I receive the tracking number and tracking link when my order is sent?
Yes, all orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive an email with the tracking number and a link for the tracking.
Do I have a guarantee for my order?
If you are not satisfied with your order, contact me within 24h after the delivery of the order with minimum 4 photos taken from different angles or a video showing the problem. If the plant was repotted, transferred to another substrate or its roots were rinsed within first 30 days after the delivery, the warranty will be void.
