It is very important where you place your Alocasia. Avoid keeping the plant too close to a heat source and provide appropriate humidity of minimum 60-70% and temperature 18-24°C. Alocasia prefers bright places, but not directly exposed to sunlight, intense diffused daylight is ideal. Alocasia doesn’t like drafts. It will grow in partial shade too, although it will grow slower. This plant can also be grown in terrariums and glass cabinets. During warm and humid summer days you can leave it outside on a terrace or balcony.
